Karim Benzema, the 34-year-old Real Madrid star, was named the La Liga Player of the Year in April.
The French star played for the royal team in the month of April, scoring 4 goals in 5 league matches.
This is the second time Benzema has won the Spanish League Player of the Month award this season after winning last September.
Benzema is La Liga’s top scorer this season with 26 goals, 4 rounds to go in the league, which Real Madrid won early to claim the title for the 35th time in their history.
