The Mecca Road Initiative provides quality services to pilgrims in the Republic of Bangladesh, facilitating their travel to the Kingdom for Hajj this year 1443 AH.
The Initiative Lounge at Shah Jalal International Airport in Dhaka includes (15) counters equipped with the highest level of relevant services; To facilitate the passage of pilgrims, the terminal accommodates more than (800) passengers, whose procedures are carried out in record time with the participation of national personnel, including for the first time female staff.
It is noteworthy that the entities involved in the implementation of the initiative launched by the Ministry of Home Affairs in the initiative hall at the Shah Jalal International Airport in Dhaka are represented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Guest Service Program, the Saudi Arabia Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority “SDAYA”, General Directorate Civil Aviation, Zakat Tax and Customs Administration, General Passport Office and Alam.
Many pilgrims in Bangladesh have praised the Kingdom’s efforts for the great work it does for pilgrims to enjoy peace and comfort during the Hajj, in addition to its commitment to providing them with the best services from the moment they arrive in the Kingdom. until they leave their countries after completing their rituals.
This is being done through the Road to Mecca initiative, which in turn helps facilitate pilgrims from Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan and Morocco by completing their entry procedures into the Kingdom from their countries’ airports, where they are met upon arrival in the country. Kingdom in a special hall for the Mecca Road initiative and deliver them to their place of residence without waiting at the airport.
