Riyad Al-Dafari, the first player of the Saudi Arabian national taekwondo team, won bronze in the 54kg weight category at the G2 Open International Taekwondo Championship, which will be held in Korea. Al-Dafari beat players from Korea and Mongolia before losing the semi-final match to a player from the Korean national team.
It is noteworthy that the Korean team entered the competition with more than one player, as the system allows.
