Pakistani security services have detained 6 terrorists during special operations carried out in different areas of the eastern province of Punjab.
The Punjab Anti-Terrorism Police Department said in a statement that the arrests were based on intelligence tracking the whereabouts of the terrorists.
He added that the six detainees belonged to various terrorist organizations and they were transferred to the security center for further investigation and the necessary legal measures were taken against them.
