Manchester City Football Club have extended midfielder Rodrigo ‘Rodri’ Hernandez’s contract for five years and the player has shown ambition to achieve more with the Premier League champions.
Rodri made 151 appearances for Manchester City and won him the English Premier League title twice, the English League Cup twice and the Charity Shield Cup once.
Spaniard Rodri has been one of Manchester City’s most visible elements since moving to England from Atlético Madrid in 2019.
“Coming to City in 2019 was the best decision I have made in my career,” Rodrigo said Tuesday in comments published by British news agency BA Media.
