Today, the State of Kuwait condemned and exposed the attack on a resort in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq’s Dahuk Governorate, which resulted in several deaths and injuries.
The Kuwait Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the attack constituted a flagrant violation of Iraqi sovereignty, international law, the Charter of the United Nations and international norms and conventions, highlighting Kuwait’s solidarity with Iraq and its support for all the measures it is taking to preserve its security, stability and sovereignty.
She expressed the condolences of the State of Kuwait to the government and people of the Republic of Iraq and the families of the victims, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.
