Paralympic swimmer Ibrahim Al-Marzouki opened the Kingdom’s medal standings at the Islamic Solidarity Games currently taking place in the Turkish city of Konya by winning bronze in the swimming competition. Al-Marzuki took bronze after finishing third in the 50m butterfly with a time of 49.12 seconds, with fellow Turki Al-Harbi finishing fourth in the 100m butterfly; After he finished the race, which took place in the Olympic pool, with a time of 1.12.87 minutes, in the same position he finished the 400m freestyle with a time of 5.25.98 minutes.

In table tennis competition, Saudi table tennis player Ali Al-Khadrawi advanced to the quarter-finals in singles after defeating Indonesian Ravanel Nikola 3-0 and he achieved this role by beating Abidolo of Tajikistan 3-1 , the competition will continue tomorrow on Monday, and his colleague Abdulaziz Bushlebi was eliminated from the individual competition, losing 3-1 to the Tajik Denis Zolodov, who advanced to this round after defeating the Maldivian Musa Ahmed in three straight sets.
