Russia began to evacuate son personnel diplomacy of all of its diplomatic facilities in Ukraine, TASS news the agency reported on Wednesday, quoting a representative of Russian Embassy in Kyiv.
The United States and its allies have sought to step up sanctions pressure on Russia on Wednesday over the deployment of troops in breakaway regions of eastern Ukraine, in one of the worst security crises in Europe in decades.
