On Wednesday, police from the Sultanate of Oman Interior Ministry arrested several people who attacked several mosques in the Nizwa province.
The mosques that were attacked, the number of which was not specified, are located in the Timsa district in the Nizwa province. The Royal Oman Police released a statement regarding the incident via their official Twitter account, confirming that the suspects had been arrested for attacking mosques in Nizwa Wilayat in the Timsah region and legal action was being taken against them.
