A specialized prosecution supervised by the Houthi militia, an Iranian unit in Yemen, has issued an arrest warrant for a satellite channel executive linked to the militia on charges of instigating the kidnapping and murder of Judge Muhammad Hamran in light of the expanding Houthi wing conflict. In a memorandum released, the prosecution stated that Muhammad Ali al-Emad was not allowed to appear in court despite announcing a subpoena to investigate a case in which he was accused of inciting the judiciary.
