Emirates has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Arabian Tourism Authority.

Adel Al Gheith, Emirates Airlines’ Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations for the Gulf, Middle East and Central Asia region, explained that satisfying all sports fans is difficult, which is why they chose not to sponsor any Saudi club. They partnered with the Saudi Football Federation.

This happened during the opening of Emirates Airlines’ new reservations and sales office at Prince Sultan Street in Jeddah in the presence of His Excellency Nasser bin Hoviden Al Ketbi, Consul General of the United Arab Emirates in Jeddah, Jabr Al Azaibi, Vice President. President of Commercial Operations of Emirates Airlines in the Kingdom, as well as a number of government officials, representatives of the tourism industry and invited guests from customers.

Emirates recently signed a MoU with the Saudi Arabian Tourism Authority (STA) to promote inbound tourism to the Kingdom and attract new segments of travelers through its extensive global network. The agreement aims to raise awareness and promote the Saudi Arabian experience at various Emirates Airlines stations, as well as encourage travelers to visit the Kingdom’s unique attractions.
