Russian President Vladimir Putin described the ultra-nationalists in Ukraine as terrorists and noted that they placed Grad rocket launchers in the cities of Kiev and Kharkov.
“The main aim of the Russian forces is to clash not with Ukrainian forces, but with extremist Nazi groups responsible for the depopulation of Donbass and the shedding of blood of innocent citizens of the people’s republics. In his speech before the meeting of the Russian Security Council,” he said.
