And the committee decided – on the basis of the technical regulations and competitions in the federation and on the basis of the seventh paragraph of Article No. 22 and the eighth paragraph of Article (26) – to accept the protest of the Al-Khuwaildiyya Club in form and content, and the Al-Khidai Club was declared the loser in the match with score (12-0) and the player’s penalty was doubled by Hisham Shehab with an increase of (3) matches on top of the remainder of his previous penalty (5 matches). ), as well as his non-participation until the completion of the suspension and the payment of a financial penalty (1500 riyals), as well as the return of the protest fee to the Al-Khuwaildiyya club with the explanation that the decision is subject to appeal.
