South African Pitso Mosimane, Al Ahly’s new coach, believes his team is ready to return to their usual spot in the Saudi Roshan league, citing multiple factors.
Mosimane said at a press conference held yesterday Thursday in South Africa that my support team and I have decided to take on a new challenge with a club that has a project, explaining that it was decided to take this experience despite having offers from more than one club to sign us.
Musimani explained that his first goal is to return Al Ahly to its natural position and we are ready to do everything possible to achieve this goal, noting that the Al Ahly team has a large fan base, a long history with championships and its treasury is full of cups and titles, which gives him the right to return to the professional league, subject to hard work.
Pizzo noted that his team has two players in the first team, stressing that the Saudi league at different levels is of high quality.
“We will make history with Al Ahly and keep our legacy alive because they are one of the biggest teams in the Saudi league and need to be brought back to the premier league and that is our first goal,” Musimani said.
