Historic Diriyah has achieved global success; Over the past period, it has hosted many international sporting events in the presence of a large number of visitors and tourists, in addition to great success in organizing a number of cultural and entertainment events, which has made it an outstanding venue for the most outstanding regional and international events in all areas, as well as in the heart of Diriyyah, where the Al Turaif area is located. Built in 1766 as one of the first sites in the world built with mud bricks, it was inscribed in 2010 on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and today is preparing to become one of the most important historical sites in the Kingdom.
