Senior local and military government sources told Al-Madina that two bombed Houthi militia planes targeted the Dabba oil port in Hadramout, eastern Yemen.
Sources confirmed that the attack does not explain the casualties or damage.
Hadhramawt Governor Mabhoot Mubarak bin Madi said in a press statement that the source of the two planes was the area between Al Jawf and Marib, stressing that the attack coincided with the preparation of an oil tanker to carry crude oil from Petromasila National Company.
Houthi militias have previously threatened to attack oil installations in the country to prevent oil from being exported from the port.
In a related context, the US Department of Defense “Pentagon” said yesterday, Thursday, that “Iran is involved in the export of terrorism not only to the Middle East, but now also to Ukraine.”
“The Iranians are assisting Russian forces on the ground in Crimea,” the Pentagon said, according to its spokesman General Pat Ryder, adding that “Russian forces are using drones while Iranian forces are assisting the Russians in these operations. .”
He added: “We know these drones are from Iran, and you look at some of the public comments that have come in from Iran, as evidenced by the drones themselves, as evidenced by the fact that they continue to export terrorism, as I mentioned. not only in the Middle East.
