Turkish competition The guard said on Wednesday they fined Facebook-parent Meta Platforms 346.72 million Turkish liras ($18.63 million) for violating competition Law.
The Turkish Competition Authority (RK) said in a statement that it had decided that the company had obstructed its work competitors operating in social network services and online Advertising markets where it has combined data collected through Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
The fine is based on the annual income for the year 2021 of Authority said.
