13 people have died in a fire that broke out at a cafe in Kostroma, about 300 kilometers northeast of Moscow, Russian news agencies reported on Saturday.
RIA Novosti, citing a police source, said that “13 victims” were recorded, noting that 250 people were evacuated from the building where the fire broke out on Friday night.
