Dozens of people were injured when three buses collided on Monday in the city of Karak, west of Jordan. Jordanian television reported that 45 people were injured in the accident and reported that it happened in the Moab area.
A security source told Ammon that civil defense and police teams in Karak “dealt with a collision of three buses in the Moab area.” He added that the special services launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the accident. Al-Karak Public Hospital director Moataz Al-Karala said that “20 injuries were reported to them after the accident and their general condition ranged from average to good.”
