The Saudi Pro League Competition Committee has announced its decision to postpone the matches (Al Ittihad and Al Shabaab) and (Al Wahda and Al Fateh) in the ninth round of the Saudi League Roshan competition.
This happened on the basis of the performance of Al Ittihad and Al Wehda clubs in exchange for the participation of their players in the national teams of their countries at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Al Ittihad striker Abdel-Razzaq Hamdallah and Al Wehda goalkeeper Munir El Mohammadi are in the Moroccan national team that will play France in the World Cup semi-finals.
The decision was made to hold the match between Al Shabab and Al Ittihad on January 9, 2023, and the match between Al Wehda and Al Fateh on January 26, 2023 instead of the two previously announced dates.
