His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Foreign Minister, today met with the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Envoy to Yemen, Mr. Hans Grundberg, on the sidelines of the 2023 World Economic Forum Annual Meeting. in the Swiss city of Davos.
During the meeting, they reviewed the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Nations to ensure the security and stability of Yemen and its brotherly people, and discussed joint efforts to support the Presidential Leadership Council of the Republic of Yemen to establish security, peace and stability in Yemen, in order to to end the Yemeni crisis and reach a comprehensive political solution that puts Yemen on the path of peace and development.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Swiss Confederation, Dr. Adel Merdad, and the Director General of His Highness’ Office of the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Abdul Rahman Al-Daoud.
