The Pro Hub Slim, which adds many ports to Apple’s most recent MacBook models, was introduced by Satechi today. Seven ports made explicitly for the M2 MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro are available. In Satechi’s hub family, it complements the Pro Hub Max and Pro Hub Mini.
The Pro Hub Slim has a USB4 port that can support up to 100W passthrough charging or 40Gb/s data transfer speeds and a 4K HDMI port. This USB-C port can support up to 10Gb/s data transfer speeds, two USB-A ports that can support up to 10Gb/s data transfer speeds, and SD and microSD card readers that can support UHS-I data transfer speeds.
It may be purchased in Midnight, Space Gray, or Silver to match Apple’s laptops and is made to connect to a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro utilizing two USB-C ports. It is compatible with previous MacBook Pro and MacBook Air models even though it was made for the M2 MacBook models.
