The administration says that the criminal security department was able to apprehend him, and he was handed over to the competent authorities in preparation for his deportation from the country.
A circulated video showed a young man approaching a police patrol as it passed through a crowded street during National Day celebrations, activists on the communication sites said. The young man then throws a water balloon into the car while another man, who appears to be the photographer, laughs.
