According to a Novosti correspondent, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met today in Ankara with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as part of his official visit to Turkey.
Before that, Minister Lavrov held talks in the Turkish capital with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.
During the talks, the ministers discussed the Ukrainian crisis, the “grain deal”, the creation of a gas center in Turkey, as well as the normalization of relations between Ankara and Damascus.
