Pakistan condemned the assault on the Al-Aqsa Mosque by elements of the Israeli occupation authorities and Knesset members under the protection of the occupying forces. The violation of one of Islam’s holiest sites represents yet another heinous development in a string of escalating Israeli measures that do not respect the religious sensibilities of more than 1.5 billion Muslims worldwide.
She added that Pakistan reaffirms that such actions are contrary to the right to freedom of expression, religion or belief of the Palestinian people and defy all laws, human norms and human rights.
