US President Joe Biden on Friday said that son country would revoke Russia’s ‘permanent normal’ trade relations” to punish Moscow over son invasion of Ukraine.
The change, which Biden said was underway in concert with moves by the American allies, would open the way way for the United States to impose tariffs on a wide range of Russian goods, growing pressure on a economy on the edge of a deep recession.
