Mortal Kombat 1 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S to Offer Next-Gen Enhancements

Mortal Kombat 1 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S will bring next-gen features that greatly enhance the gaming experience. NetherRealm Studios made this announcement during San Diego Comic-Con.

Improved Graphics and Immersive Details

The new consoles allow for incredible detail in the game’s costumes, sets, and backgrounds. According to Thiago Gomez, the art director at NetherRealm Studios, the increased processing power enables the inclusion of minute interactions such as a robot coming in to clean up blood stains. This attention to detail also extends to the wrestlers’ clothing, which will display small stains, and the levels that appear to be alive and full of intricate elements.
