Release Date
Even though Frozen 3 has been announced, the release date is still unknown. Disney CEO Bob Iger made the announcement in February 2023, but no further details about the movie’s development have been revealed. Given that there were six years between the release of Frozen and Frozen 2, it’s possible that Frozen 3 might come out in 2025.

Plot
In Frozen 2, Anna and Elsa journeyed to the enchanted forest outside of Arendelle to uncover the source of Elsa’s mysterious powers and save their kingdom from destruction. Along the way, they discovered the truth about their parents’ past and the history of the enchanted forest. Elsa ultimately became the “fifth spirit” and chose to stay in the forest, while Anna became Queen of Arendelle.
As for the plot of Frozen 3, no details have been revealed yet. The producer has stated that the movie will only be made if there is a compelling reason for its existence. Jennifer Lee and the talented animators at Disney will surely tell the story when the time is right.
