Vasily Nebenzia, Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations, urged Linda Thomas Greenfield, her American colleague at the UN Security Council, not to theorize about the morality of invading other countries.

Permanent Russian delegate, Linda Thomas Greenfield, accused Greenfield of lying and called her speech about the Russian army bombing of kindergartens in Ukraine false.

The Russian diplomat said, “It is difficult for us to compete with the US in the invading neighboring countries. I will not list here the attacks that the US has carried out throughout its history.”

Wondering if her American counterpart had the right to moralize others, Nebenzia asked, “Do you have the right to moralize us?” said.

On the morning of Thursday, February 24, Russia launched a special military operation to disarm Ukraine.

In a televised address to Russian citizens, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the circumstances “require us to take decisive and urgent measures” to help the residents of Donbass.
