The President of the Arab Federation welcomes the teams participating in the Youth Arab Cup

On behalf of HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal, President of the Arab Football Association, Dr. Raja Al Salami, Secretary General of the Arab Football Federation, welcomed the teams participating in the Arab Youth Football Cup. 20 teams organized by the Arab Football Federation and organized by the Saudi Football Federation. In the city of Abha from July 20 to August 6 with the participation of 18 teams.

This happened at the beginning of the meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Arab States Cup among youth teams under 20, which took place tonight in the city of Abha, and Dr. Rajaallah Al-Salami thanked and praised the President of the Saudi Federation, Mr. Yasser Al-Mishal, for all services during this tournament.

In a different context, teams from Egypt, Bahrain, Oman, Algeria, Jordan, Emirates, Lebanon and Tunisia arrived in Abha today, Monday, in preparation for the U-20 Arab Cup.

The Bahraini team is due to arrive in two groups on Tuesday, while the Tunisian team will arrive at the residence next Wednesday.

The list of referees participating in the organization of the tournament has also been approved. The list of referees in the arena includes: Saddam Amara (Jordan), Sultan Muhammad Al Hammadi (UAE), Muhammad Khaled Tarar (Bahrain), Naeem Hosni (Tunisia), Youssef Kamoukh (Algeria) and Sami Al-Jariyes (Saudi Arabia) and Abdul Aziz Jaafar (Sudan), Youssef Saeed (Iraq), Omar Al-Baakubi (Oman), Abdullah Al-Kandari (Kuwait), Sheikh Ahmed Alaa Al-Din (Lebanon), Muhammad Saad al-Mabrouk (Libya), Muhammad Maarouf (Egypt), Jalal Gayed (Morocco) and Abdulaziz Abouh (Mauritania).

The list of assistant referees includes: Masood Hassan (UAE), Musaed Fawzi (Tunisia), Abban Adel (Algeria), Rashid Weiss (Djibouti), Hisham Al-Rifai (Saudi Arabia), Rami Taan (Syria), Abdullah Al Jardani (Oman ), Ashraf Abu Zubaida (Palestine) and Ali Faqih (Lebanon), Mohamed Amraj Ali (Libya), Sami Abu Zaid (Egypt), Abdel-Samad Abberton (Morocco), Youssef Mohamed (Mauritania) and Ibrahim Saleh Hosni (Yemen).

In a different context, the medical committee has started testing for the coronavirus (Covid-19) of the members of the teams participating in the tournament in accordance with the tournament regulations and medical requirements.
