The Al-Kalili falcon, despite intense competition and hundreds of falcons participating in the Al-Melwa (400 meters) competition in the fifth edition of the King Abdulaziz Falcon Festival, has managed to maintain the lead so far as the fastest falcon.
After 5 days of the festival, none of the participating falcons broke the barrier of 16.841 seconds, the time achieved by the Al-Kalili Falcon, during the fifth day of the festival in the run (Gear Pure Qarnas, Saudi Professionals).
The owner of the Al-Kalili falcon, Bargash Al-Mansouri, confirmed that the secret of the success of his annual participation in the festival lies in the seriousness, diligence and interest in falconry and devoting more time to it. , effort and money, from buying a bird through breeding it to participating in a race.
It is noteworthy that at last year’s festival, the Al-Kalili falcon in the Gear Pure Qarnas Professionals race took first place with a time of 16.391 seconds.
