Bowling Green wins gold in doubles at the Arab Championships in Cairo

The Saudi Arabian bowling team won gold in doubles today at the tenth Arab Men’s Championship and the sixth Women’s Championship, which will be held in the Arab Republic of Egypt from 11 to 19 August this month.

Saudi Arabian bowlers Abdul Rahman Al-Khelaiwi and Sultan Al-Masri finished first with 1443 points and 1292 points respectively, while United Arab Emirates bowlers Muhammad Al-Attar and Nayef Okab came in second. , while Ali Haider and Asil Al Roumi from Qatar came in third.

For his part, assistant coach of the Saudi Arabian bowling team, Majed Al-Aslani, expressed his joy that the Saudi team won the gold medal, calling this coronation an achievement, especially because the team’s players are young and can compete with international tournament champions, noting in in connection with this, the bowling team achieved bronze medals at the World Championships in Sweden.

Al-Aslani praised the Kingdom’s support under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Highness the Crown Prince – God bless them – for all sports, including bowling, indicating that this support was reflected in achievements and medals won by national teams at various international tournaments.

The delegation of the Saudi Arabian bowling team includes head of delegation Abdul-Malik Al-Shatri, team manager Jayed Al-Otaibi, team coach Masood Sabri, assistant coach and administrator Majed Al-Aslani, and women’s team management Asil Al. -Nahed, in addition to players and team players: Abdul Rahman Al-Khelaivi, Sultan Al-Masari, Ahmed Abu Al-Rish, Muhammad Abu Al-Rish, Bandar Al-Yaba, Ziyad Al-Tuwayrib, Hadil Termin, Mashael Abdul-Wahed, Raghad Battan, Nora Al-Arefaj.
