134 summer contracts signed by 14 clubs, 60 foreigners and 74 locals

Saudi League Roshan’s summer transfer window officially closed at midnight last Wednesday, after the number of deals made by clubs reached around 134 deals, across 14 clubs, for Al-Hilal and Al-Batin to exit Mercato, the first with a suspension order from Sports Arbitration Center, and the second for not receiving a certificate of financial capacity.

Summer Mercato saw 60 deals for foreign players and 74 for local players.

Al Wahda, Damak, Al Fateh and Al Taawun were awarded 8 contracts for each club, followed by Al Ittihad, Abha and Al Raed with seven contracts, and the agreement is concluded with six players, and Al-Nasr is considered the club with the least number of contracts for Mercato, which has only five players.

In terms of players’ market value, Polish youth Krychowiak leads arrivals with €8m, while Algerian Jamal Belamri and Romanian Matryta were the most famous returnees to the Saudi league after previous experience. and from the portal of other clubs.
