Ukraine: 51,250 Russian soldiers killed

The Ukrainian army said the death toll of Russian servicemen has risen to 51,250 since the start of the military operation on February 24.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on its official Facebook page, according to the Ukrainian News Agency (Ukraininform), that during this period “Russia lost 2,112 tanks, 4,557 armored vehicles, 1,126 artillery systems, 305 multiple rocket launchers. systems, 239 aircraft and 210 helicopters, 15 ships, 3344 vehicles and fuel tanks, as well as 110 units of special equipment.

In this regard, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine reported that the victims of Russian attacks by children in Ukraine amounted to 1,125 people killed and wounded since the start of the Russian military operation.

The press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office stated that: “By the morning of September 8, more than a thousand children in Ukraine suffered as a result of a military operation, in particular, 383 children were killed, 742 were injured.”

On February 24 last year, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a special operation in Ukraine over the Donbass, which later escalated into a military conflict between the two sides, resulting in human casualties on both sides and sanctions imposed on Russia.
