The Egyptian handball team “Zamalek” beat the Kuwait team “Kuwait” with a score (23-20) in the match that took place between them today, within the second round of the 37th Arab Championship in Leagues and Cups of Champions, which started yesterday in Tunisia and will last until September 27th.
Zamalek managed to advance during the first half with a score of (12-10), until the Kuwaiti team managed to equalize the score (13-13) in the second half, thanks to which Zamalek’s players again increased the difference and ended the match with a score of (23-20) in in favor of the Zamalek team.
With this result, Zamalek is still leading in the second group, having beaten the Tunisian Esperance yesterday (34-28).
It is noteworthy that the champion of the current draw of the championship of Arab countries will receive the right to the club world championship in handball “Super Globe 2022”, which will be held in October next year in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
