The FIFA International Football Association has released a new song on the occasion of the approaching date of the 2022 World Cup, which will be held in Qatar next November.
The song “Light The Sky” featured four of the most famous artists in the Arab world, namely Emirati singer Balkis, Moroccan-Canadian star Noura Fathi and Iraqi Rahma Riad, as well as Moroccan songwriter Manal.
The music video for the song also marks the first participation of female referees in the World Cup, showing the six referees who will manage and help referee some of the 2022 World Cup matches in Qatar.
These are Frenchwoman Stephanie Frappart, Rwandan Salima Mukansanga, Japanese Yoshimi Yamashita, Brazilian Newsa Pak, Mexican Karen Diaz, and American Catherine Nesbitt.
“Light The Sky” is the fourth official music of the tournament after “Come On”, “Welcome” and “The World is Yours to Take”.
The song was produced by Redone, Chief Creative Officer of VIVA Entertainment.
The song came out a few hours ago ahead of the FIFA World Cup, which starts on November 20th and ends with the final match on December 18th.
