In the fifth chapter of the book, UNESCO referred to the quality standards prepared and developed by the National Center for e-Learning in collaboration with a number of prestigious international organizations as the leading international model that promotes the development of quality control and quality assurance mechanisms for educational resources through the completeness of these standards for e-platforms: e-learning programs, mass recruitment courses, tele-assisted learning, advanced and immersive teaching and learning, open educational resources, and e-assessment.
It is noteworthy that e-learning in the Kingdom has been praised by many reliable international educational organizations for the speed of transformation into it as a strategic choice for the future, for innovative solutions aimed at ensuring its high efficiency, for the high satisfaction rates with it by the employees of the education system in the Kingdom, for the readiness of the technical and human infrastructure, as well as for the established standards. In order to control the quality of its products and increase its competitiveness, the Kingdom is ranked among the top 4 international models in the field of e-learning.
