The Pro League released a clarifying statement today, stating:
On February 8, the League received a request from Al Hilal to postpone Al Fayhaa’s match and the request was referred to the league’s competition committee as usual.
On 12 February at 6:45 a.m., the president of Al-Faihaa called the secretary of the league competition committee and asked if the match would be rescheduled, to which he was told that the match would be rescheduled, and the decision was made to postpone.
– On the morning of February 13 at 11.3 a.m., the secretary of the league competition committee contacted the president of Al-Faihaa and informed him that the decision to postpone would be sent to (e-mail), and the latter did not express any comments or objections, and (e-mail) already sent.
After that, the Vice President of the Pro League received a phone call from the Vice President of Al-Faihaa asking to change the wording of the directive (via email) without any protest or objection, and his request was implemented and resubmitted.
