His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today met on the sidelines with human rights activist Ms. Nadia Murad, Goodwill Ambassador of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and winner of the 2018 Nobel Peace Prize. on the official visit of His Highness to the European Union in Brussels. During the meeting, the important role of Mrs. Nadia Murad in exposing the crimes of the ISIS terrorist organization in terms of human rights violations in a number of countries was discussed. His Highness commended her activities and quality initiatives to raise awareness of human rights.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the European Union, Saad Al-Arifi, and the Director General of His Highness’s Office of the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Abdul Rahman Al-Daoud.
