His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Asir region, Chairman of the Regional Development Authority, sponsored the ceremony of the Damak Sports Club on the occasion of the transfer of the Roshan League to its land under the slogan “Damaki Day”. at the club’s headquarters in the province of Khamis Mushayt. His Highness confirmed during his speech. At the ceremony, the Damak club is one of the assets of the region, pointing out the great impact of moving its closed matches to the home ground in supporting the club financially and morale, as well as the attendance and ease of access of the crowd, in addition to preparing an ideal facility through horizontal coordination capable of hosting local, regional and international tournaments, including the King’s Cup. that the brilliance of the clubs affects the economic movement of the region.
The ceremony included a visual presentation of the Dhamak facility and its history from its inception to the present, as well as the participation of former club presidents and their boards of directors.
At the end of the ceremony, Prince Turki bin Talal honored the government institutions that support the club and the former board members who contributed to the club’s success and completion in the recent period.
