Pedro Pascal Reveals He Does Not Wear The Mandalorian Suit

Against all odds, it’s not Pedro Pascal! At the annual Emmy Awards roundtable, the actor, joined by Jeff Bridge (The Big Lebowski), Michael Imperioli (The White Lotus), Evan Peters (Monster – The Jeffrey Dahmer Story) and Damson Idris (Snowfall ), answered the much-asked question. It is thus ultimately two of the linings of the star by The Last of Us, Brendan Wayne and Lateef Crowder, who wear the famous outfit. Pedro Pascal explains, during the discussion, that due to neck pain, he could no longer carry the costume: “There were a lot of tests, with me inside the suit, and frankly, my body was not ready to undergo that for four months”. That’s why the plot changed. The character of Din Djarin has, in fact, no longer the right to withdraw son mask to reveal son face, ever since he returned to the Mandalorian order. Pedro Pascal is now only a voice actor, which allows him to do other projects alongside the series.

Pedro Pascal’s Other Projects

Pedro Pascal has become the new star of Hollywood and therefore has many projects on the go. He is notably the interpreter of Joël, main character of The Last of Us, the adaptation of the eponymous game. The series was released on January 16, 2023 and season 2 is already in preparation (it should start son shooting at the beginning of the year 2024). We were also able to see the actor alongside Ethan Hawke (The Circle of Dead Poets) in the short film, signed Pedro Almodovar (Madres Paralelas), “Strange Way of Life”. Released on May 17 at the Cannes Film Festival, the work is a western featuring the romantic relationship between two cow-boys. Pedro Pascal will also be present in the long-awaited sequel to Ridley Scott’s film, Gladiator 2. His role is currently unknown. As for season 4 of The Mandalioran, no release date has yet been announced, however, Jon Favreau, the creator of the series, assures that it is already written.
