AFC announces India’s withdrawal from the 2027 Asian Cup race.

The Asian Football Confederation has announced that it has received the decision from the Indian Football Association to withdraw from the competition to host the Asian Cup 2027. The federation’s general assembly will announce the host nation of the tournament during a meeting to be held in Manama during the coming February 2023.
