Saudi Arabian Football Association Chairman Yasser bin Hassan Al Mishal met with the players and staff of the national team last night at the team’s residence in Riyadh, on the training grounds held in preparation for the 25th Arabian Gulf Cup in Basra, which kicked off scheduled for January 6th. I wish them success in the Persian Gulf Cup.
On the pitch last night, Al Akhdar kicked off their training at their camp in Riyadh with training at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium led by Technical Director Saad Al Shehri and Assistant Technical Staff, during which the players applied tactical drills to form under high pressure followed by a maneuver over two thirds of the stadium area.
It is worth noting that the national team will begin their participation in the Persian Gulf Cup against Yemen on Friday, January 6, and on Monday, January 9, will play their match against Iraq, and on Thursday, January 12, Al-Akhdar will meet Oman.
