His Excellency Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, today visited the Joint Forces Command in Riyadh. Upon arrival at the headquarters, he was received by the Joint Forces Commander, Deputy Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Mutlaq bin Salem Al-Azima, and pillars of the coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen.
His Excellency was briefed on the efforts of the coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support Yemen, its people and leadership, and listened to a detailed explanation of the nature of the tasks and the current situation.
President Al Alimi expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense – may God protect them – for their support of their brothers in Yemen and support them in various areas to restore security and stability. He praised the great efforts made by the Joint Forces Command in the operation to restore hope with the support of legitimate Yemeni forces.
