Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal, Minister of Sports, was keen to meet the players of our national team at their residence in Qatar, Sealine Resort, last Wednesday evening to congratulate them on Al Akhdar’s excellent performance in the first round match against Argentina and crowned them with a historic 2-1 victory.
His Highness urged them to continue with the same spirit and determination that the whole world has praised, especially the Poland team, which will show their cards in Saturday’s match after drawing with Mexico in the first leg.
His Highness also spoke to the technical staff led by Herve Renard and assured him of the technical and physical condition of the players.
