The Belarusian Central Election Commission has published the preliminary results of the constitutional referendum.
According to the Belarusian Central Election Commission, 4,440813 voters, or 65.16%, voted “in favor” of the amendments and additions to the constitution, while 686,165 voters, or 10.07%, voted “against” the amendments and additions.
According to preliminary data, 5,359,471 voters, corresponding to 78.63 percent of the citizens, participated in the referendum.
