The Arab Observatory for Human Rights condemned the lies and misleading information contained in a Human Rights Watch report on the Kingdom of Morocco’s treatment of journalists and opponents.
The Observatory reaffirmed in a statement today that such politicized reports will not impede the Kingdom’s pioneering march towards freedoms, democracy and freedom of opinion and expression, stemming from its constitution guaranteeing freedom for all and its legislative system. which promotes the principles of justice, equality and respect for rights.
The Observatory criticized Human Rights Watch’s usually biased statement as a “new autumn” organization that issued statements to take politicized and tendentious positions that have nothing to do with human rights insights into the domestic conditions of Arab countries without providing real evidence for the allegations, which it claims are based on lies, misrepresentation of facts and lack of credibility by the organization in preparing its reports.
