Belarusian political researcher Yuri Voskresensky confirmed that the Ukrainian delegation has not yet reached negotiations with the Russian side in Gomel, Belarus.
Voskresenski said that the Kiev delegation will come to Belarus to meet with the Russian delegation via Poland for security reasons.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Sunday that authorities in Kiev had selected the Belarusian city of Gomel for negotiations.
