There was widespread ridicule on social media when US President Joe Biden used a “note card” about Russian President Vladimir Putin at a press conference.
The “Baker News” account on Twitter said that the US President’s use of canned responses written on a card “seems to be a bad thing,” especially with Biden’s frequent talk about his cognitive abilities as he ages.
