With this win, Al-Hilal’s balance rises to 3 points in the center. Second behind leader Sun Downs of South Africa with 6 points, while Al-Ahly moved into third without a point.
Al-Ahly is scheduled to face the Sun Downs in the third round next Saturday, while Al-Hilal will face Cameroon’s Cotton next Friday.
